 Pre-SP4 - сборник обновлений, исправлений и дополнений для русской Windows XP SP3 Professional (Home). В набор не включены: IE7, IE8, WMplayer 11 - но включены обновления для них, NetFramework 1.1 и 2.0, 3.0, 3.5.
